Methodology and reporting

AI Alerts records the existence of agreements, not their merits. FAIR makes no factual claim beyond what its sources support. Entries are limited to the United Kingdom public sector. Where a contract value, term, or scope is not publicly disclosed, the entry says so. Where a question is contested or under review, the entry says so. FAIR’s own published views, where they exist, sit in FAIR Briefings; this page is a public-interest register only.

AI Alerts is refreshed every day at 08:00 BST through an automated process that scans published UK public-sector sources for new artificial intelligence contracts, partnerships, memoranda of understanding and pilots. Only material drawn from verified sources is added: Contracts Finder, GOV.UK, Hansard, parliamentary written answers, departmental press releases, and established UK public-interest reporting. Each entry must carry at least one linkable source before it is published.

Entries should be relevant. On rare occasions an item may slip through our checks. If you see something you believe is inaccurate, miscategorised, or out of scope, please tell us and we will correct or remove it. Use /report with category “Something else”, or email ask@airights.org.uk.
