FAIR’s annual reports, accounts, founding documents, and publications, published openly in line with our commitment to good governance.
Annual Report and Accounts
FAIR’s first Annual Report and Accounts will cover the period from registration to the end of the first full financial year. The report will include:
- The Trustees’ report: activities, achievements, and performance against the theory of change.
- A statement of financial activities and balance sheet, prepared in accordance with the Charities SORP (FRS 102).
- Trustees’ declarations and a register of relevant interests, in line with our Conflicts of Interest Policy.
- A safeguarding and serious-incident summary.
- A complaints summary.
Until the first Annual Report is published, the documents set out below give an indication of FAIR’s purpose, programme, and governance.

Publications and submissions
Working papers, policy briefings, and submissions to Parliament and regulators will be archived here as FAIR publishes them. To be notified, write to info@airights.org.uk.
Charity Commission record
Once registered, FAIR’s public record, including its registered objects, current trustees, and filed accounts, will be available on the Charity Commission’s public register.
